Return Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. This page explains exactly how it works, step by step.
What can be returned
- Items in their original condition, with packaging and accessories where practical.
- Opened items that did not work as described on the product page.
What cannot be returned
- Personalized or made-to-order items, unless they are defective.
- Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such at checkout.
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear.
- Sealed health and hygiene products — skincare, piercings, intimate items — once the seal is broken. Unopened sealed goods keep the full return right.
Starting a return
- Send your order number, the item, and the reason through the contact page.
- We reply with return instructions and the correct return address — please wait for this step before sending anything back.
- Pack the item and keep the carrier receipt until the refund lands.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item passes inspection. Original shipping is refunded when the return is our fault — wrong item, defect, or damage in transit — and deducted at cost otherwise.
Exchanges
Say it is an exchange in your first message. When stock allows, we reserve the replacement while your return is in transit, so the two do not pass each other.
Arrived damaged or defective
Send photos within 7 days of delivery. Damage-on-arrival cases ship replacements at our expense, and no return is needed unless we specifically ask for the item back.
If you shop from the EU or the UK
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason needed. Our 30-day window already covers it, but where the two differ, the statutory right wins. Withdrawal refunds are issued within 14 days of the returned item reaching us; the hygiene exception above mirrors Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
After the window
Once 30 days have passed, defects route through the product's warranty path — see the warranty page or the care card in the box. Statutory rights — including the EU's two-year legal guarantee on faulty goods — are never limited by this page.
